At Skincare that Cares, we want you to love your glow; if a product isn't right for your skin, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. We offer full refunds or exchanges on all items that are at least 50% full and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox. Simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items—ideally in the original eco-friendly box—and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
